The negative calories food
On my last post I said I usually eat negative calories food. Some people sent me an email asking about and I decided to make another post to explain this amazing thing.
It refers to the kind of food that, when you eat, the organism spends more calories processing than the calories of what you’re eating has in it.
Cool, isn’t it?!
But that isn’t exactly the truth. Scientists say that nothing that you eat will make you get skinnier. Even though some kind of food have really little calories and make you feel satiate.
