TIPS FOR GETTING SKINNY FASTER

 

 

1. First of all , get to know your body. You metabolism is really important when planning a diet.

 

2. Visit a doctor.What if I say you cannot eat suger and the level of glucose in your blood in low?

 

These two first tips are the most important ones. The following tips I’ve found online or in specialized magazines. Others are my own experiences with my body that worked for me and can be helpfull for you too.

 

3. Eat in each 4 hours, but small portions. This will make your metabolism in constant work and you’ll be able to get thin faster.

 

4. Chew your food a lot and slow. The more you chew, faster will be for your stomach to understand it’s full and you’re gonna be satisfied with your small meal.

 

5. Make your last meal until 7p.m, because your metabolism get slower after this time.

 

6. Drink, at least, 2 litters of water a day. But don’t take lots of liquid at a time. The best is to take one glass in each 30 minutes. Important: Don’t drink anything 20 minutes before or after your meals.

 

7. Maintain in your refrigerator organic food and do not buy food that can make you fat! In moments of compulsion, the only thing you’ll have to eat are fruits and veggies. ;)

 

8. If you can, eat in small plates.

 

9. Understand that your friend that eats a lot and do not get fat is different from you. Each one has to do what his body asks for.

 

10. When eating, pay attention in your food, in your breath and in the way you chew. Distractions (like TV, internet or talking) make us eat more than we need because it’s impossible to notice when your stomach is satisfied.

 

11. Eat in front of the mirror. You’re gonna realize that lots of food makes you fat and learn how to eat small and healthy portions.

 

12. If you feel like eating a lot in wrong times, concentrate in the phrase: “I don’t want and I don’t need this. If I wanna get to a place where most people don’t get, I have to do things most people don’t do.” Then, brush your teeth. Believe me, the taste of toothpaste makes your food taste awful right after you use it.

 

13. Try on clothes you’d like to fit in.

 

14. Make a chart with your goals and deadlines. If you fail once, remake it and start it all again. Never quit. Have discipline. Focus on what you want to be and what you have to do to get there.

 

15. Each week of success, give yourself a prize (that cannot be food)! Make up your face, dress beautifully, go to a party, etc. Do something that you really love and remember the reason why you’re doing this.

 

16. Lemonade juice without sugar (you can use sweetener) make your body cleaner. So, it helps you to get skinny faster. A 500ml bottle a day is enough.

 

17. Apple cider vinegar before a meal may help lower your blood sugar and helps you to get slim. One tablespoon diluted in half glass of water is enough. Drink it 10 minutes before the main meals.
